Only the person named on the certificate, with a valid photo ID, may request it. A parent or legal guardian may request one on behalf of a minor. Certificates are issued in hard copy only with the church seal and must be picked up in person — none are sent by email. Please allow 1–2 weeks for preparation. This request applies only to sacraments celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
