By using CatholicProjects.org or any parish subdomain hosted on our platform, you agree to these terms.

The service

CatholicProjects.org is a registration platform. Each participating parish receives a subdomain to collect registrations, documents, and payments for its programs. The parish, not CatholicProjects.org, runs its programs and makes decisions about admissions and program content.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, only register yourself or someone you have legal authority to register (such as your child), and not misuse the platform — including no scraping, no attempts to access other registrations, and no uploading of malicious files.

Payments and refunds

Program fees are set by the parish and processed by Stripe. Registration fees are non-refundable once a registration is submitted, except where the parish chooses to issue a refund at its discretion. Refund requests should be directed to the parish, not to CatholicProjects.org.

Parish vs. platform

The parish is responsible for program content, scheduling, sacramental decisions, and the use of registration data after submission. CatholicProjects.org is responsible for the technical operation of the platform.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
